Top Ten Reasons Why I love These Guys !!!!!!!

- So here we go top 10 reasons why I LOVE BIG IVES (he's my boss, friend) we also call him grandpa - cause he says yes to everything like a grandpa lol
- 1. He's the best boss any of you could ever dream of having and guess what he's my boss lol
- 2. He's the funniest friend / boss any of you could dream of
- 3. Cause when I first came in here for an interview I thought I had to dress up and then when I saw him I saw- it was SO HIP HOP
- 4. Cause he will always go to BAT for me no matter what
- 5. Cause I know that most of the opportunities I have - are thanks to him and the doors he has opened for me
- 6. I know you all wish you could party and get drunk with your boss on a weekday lol
- 7. When I first started working here 5 years ago I lived in ssauga and couldn't go home after the parties - he always offered his couch for me to sleep on
- 8. If I come to work upset or sad he will always try to make me laugh most often by saying "Tell 'em why you mad D"
- 9. He's the only boss I know who will let me take the morning off to do my hair- and I tell him the truth
- 10. He gave me a chance when I didn't think I could even get a start in this industry, he believed in me.
- 1. I love Jody because he is the mediator, whenever an argument errupts he takes no side, he listens to all sides and mediates
- 2. He is the funniest when he gets drunk - he gets so aggressive
- 3. Cause he's a NINJA- lol he disapears at the blink of an eye and if shit pops off he's ready to go
- 4. When I go through my house music phases- Jody is always down to join me
- 5. I love Jody because out of all the guys I work with his advice makes the most sense !!!
- 6. I love the way he is a chameleon he always blends well with any person he speaks to
- 7. Cause he's the hardest worker and he doesn't even know it
- 8. Most Selfless person I know
- 9. Cause together we invent words like "Self Props" "Stealing props" lmao
- 10. Cause he's cousin Jody and we have too many memories that can't be spoken about on a blog- but I LOVE HIM !!!
- 1. Somedays he gets me so mad I could break his neck lol
- 2. He's like my older brother- can't stand him can't be without him
- 3. We started working here around the same time - so we learned the rope of the industry together
- 4. I love his daughter she's the best way to brighten up my day when I see her
- 5. Cause one time we went to MTL and he picked up a girl who couldn't even speak english and he couldn't' speak french lmao lmao
- 6. His advice is always the same when it comes to giving me advice on dudes "FUCK EM'"
- 7. OMG - one time he lost the keys to the Caribana cars and I had to drive him back to Scarborough to find them and missed the JAY-Z party
- 8. Once a kid on the street team was being mad rude to me and Josh stepped up and had my back
- 9. He was the first person to call me Ella - after Umbrella by Rihanna since everyone always gets my name wrong "Her name is Daniella ella ella eh eh eh" lmao
- 10. He taught me to always stand up for myself and take shit from NO ONE
